Pacific International Hospital (PIH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Niugini Assurance Group Limited (NAGL), to provide cashless healthcare services to insured clients nationwide.
Under the partnership, NAGL insured employees and their dependents can access care at PIH facilities and Eyecare outlets with reduced co-payments.
Costs are billed directly to NAGL, simplifying treatment access.
The agreement covers general practice, specialist outpatient care, emergency services, medical and surgical treatment, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, intensive care, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.
Clients also receive priority access to medical evacuations, occupational health programs, pre-employment medicals, and visa medicals through dedicated coordination teams.
PIH’s expanding network across Port Moresby and regional centres in the Highlands, Islands, and Momase regions ensures timely, high-quality care closer to where patients live and work.
Clients simply present their NAGL policy details at PIH facilities for eligibility verification and coverage confirmation.
The partnership strengthens both organizations’ commitment to improving access to affordable, high-quality healthcare and supporting the wellbeing of employees and families across Papua New Guinea.
